INTERNAL VACANCIES

SALES REPRESENTATIVES - MARKETING & FUEL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Key Responsibilities
Develop new business against set targets.
Manage existing business in line with company regulations.
Accurate record keeping and provision of timely reports to supervisor.
Management of market intelligence.
Efficient territory management to maximize sales volume.
Credit management in line with company policy.
The position involves wide travel and successful candidate can be posted to any location in the country.

LUBRICANT SALES REPRESENTATIVE - GENERAL MANAGEMENT

Key Responsibilities
Market and sell Lubricants (Good knowledge of lubricants will be an advantage).
Conduct market surveys for lubricants.

Coordinate sales promotions for lubricants and specialties.
Prepare sales reports and sales projections.
Efficient clientele & territory management to maximize sales volume.
Credit management in line with company policy.
The position involves wide travel. The successful candidate can be posted to any location in the country.

ACCOUNTANT – GROUP FINANCE

Qualifications / Key Responsibilities
Qualified Accountant (CPA/ACCA/or equivalent)
Good work experience in finance and accounting.
Assist in preparation of monthly of group financial statements
Assist in preparation of group annual and semi-annual financial statements
Assist in preparation of adhoc management and board reports
Assist in analysis of country and group financial statements
Analysis and monitoring of cash flow statements from group companies
Preparation of monthly reconciliations of inter company account statements
Maintain relevant, up to date records on inter company transactions
Assist in daily and timely review of subsidiary cash transfer requirements for authenticity and accuracy
Continuous review of country books of accounts through the use of the Oracle system
Preparation of monthly trade accounts receivables (TAR) summary reports for review
Provide support to the subsidiaries on finance related matters

OPERATION ASSISTANTS & SUPERVISORS – OPERATIONS & PROJECTS DEVELOPMENT

Key Responsibilities/Qualifications
Order processing as per the customer trading terms.
Servicing all customer orders by ensuring contracted trucks are optimally utilized.
Participate in the monthly truck inspection.
Keep updated records of all fleet in the depot including calibration charts, inspection records and any other truck incidences.
Reporting product stocks position for the day
Informing Terminal Accountant on daily stocks allocation and KPRL/KOSF/Vessel receipts.
Control of stocks on back loading supplies.
Calculating theoretical stocks balances per participant after close of business.
Determine product movement from tanks.
Receives payments from customers, prepares cash Receipts, Bankings and all related documents.
Maintain and controls the Petty Cash Account.
Safe keeping of company money.
Preparation of Payment vouchers & Payment of casual workers.
Preparation of daily banking reconciliation and delayed banking reports.
Preparation of reports as may be required from time to time .
Willingness to learn.
Willing to be posted to any location in the country.
Willing to work extra hours and weekends when called upon.

HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT - HUMAN RESOURCE & ADMINISTRATION

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the Coordination of H.R activities such as performance management, communication to staff members & external parties on HR matters, leave management, HR Oracle module responsibilities, employee welfare programs, coordination of staff recruitment (internal/external), implementation of HR policies e.t.c.
Effectively execute HR administration functions- such as ensuring all documentations are filed, accurate and updated.
